A room for making things.
At the centre of House 99 is an AV room. Sound-treated, wired for recording, quiet in the way rooms need to be when work is being made in them. Around it, an acre — kitchen, orchard, lap pool, rooftop, hills — that becomes location when the work needs to leave the room.
