99 Residency
A place to finish what you started.
99 Residency invites practitioners at work on a defined project — a manuscript, a film, an album, a body of research — to spend focused time at House 99.
Two weeks. Four weeks. A weekend. The length is yours to propose.
You come with the project. We hold the space around it.
What we offer
A private bedroom. Full access to the property — kitchen, lap pool, courtyard, orchard, rooftop, hills.
The AV room for those who need it.
Meals as arranged. Quiet as needed.
Funded places
Two places each year are offered at no cost to the resident, supported by 99 and its partners. Applications for funded places are reviewed against the strength of the project and the practitioner's intent.
